We all know about the famous American dream; where people from different countries, will lead America in order to overcome economic and deliver a better future for his family. Under this circumstance go through many difficulties for example; deportation, discrimination, abuse, assault, and bad economic remuneration. According to Prensa Libre "... immigration in Costa Rica is growing" (Prensa Libre, 2010). Costa Rica has been called "the dream tico", where people from countries like Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Cuba; come to our country seeking new opportunities. Among the advantages is that, it favors large and medium entrepreneurs, because they can find employees more easily and, at lower pay, reflecting the lack of equity, and the amount of discrimination.
